Feathery Fudge Cake

Quantity Ingredients Preparation Notes
2/3 C Butter of Margarine
  •   Cream together until fluffy butter, sugar, eggs  and vanilla. (about 5 minutes)
  •   Melt chocolate
  •   Add chocolate to sugar mixture
  •   Sift together remaining dry ingredients
  •  Add dry ingredients alternately with ice water
  •  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes
1 3/4 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
2 1/2 C Cake Flour
1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 C Ice Water
