Flour |
- In a large bowl stir together flour, sugar,
cinnamon, salt, baking powder, soda, zucchini, nuts and raisins.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and oil
- Add vanilla to egg mixture
- Pour over flour mixture and stir until moistened
- Turn into greased loaf pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- Cool in pan ten minutes, then turn out onto a rack
top side up to cool completely.
