Championes Al Ajillo
Mushrooms in Garlic

From the Manassas Gourmet Club
Night of Discovery Dinner celebrating Columbus Day
4 to 6 servings.

Quantity Ingredients Preparation Notes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  •   Heat oil in 10" skillet until hot.
  •   Add garlic, cook and stir over med heat for 1 minute
  •   Add mushrooms, cook and stir for 2 minutes
  •   Reduce heat
  •   Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley, cook for 2 minutes
  •   Put on serving dish
  •   Sprinkle with parsley
4 Cloves Garlic- chopped fine
1/2 lb Mushrooms - cleaned and halved
2 Tbsp Dry Sherry
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Salt
dash Pepper
  Snipped Parsley
