Pub Salad Dressing

Part of the St. Patrick's Day Menu
Use with salad bar type salad items with
Bibb or Boston lettuce base.

Quantity Ingredients Preparation Notes
1/2 C Regular or low fat Mayonnaise
  •   Combine ingredients in bowl and whisk with enough water to make dressing pourable
2 Tbsp Malt Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Fresh Tarragon or 3/4 tsp Dried Tarragon
1 tsp Whole Grain Dijon or Irish Mustard
2 - 3 tsp Water
