Super Frank Supper

Quantity Ingredients Preparation Notes
2 slices Bacon
  •   Fry bacon in skillet until crisp.  Remove, drain and crumble
  •   Brown franks in drippings
  •   Add onions and cook until tender
  •   Add soup, water, vegetables and mustard
  •   Bring to a boil
  •   Stir in rice
  •   Cover and simmer 10 minutes ir until liquid is absorbed.
  •   Top with bacon
1 lb franks split in half length wise
1/2 C Sliced Onions
1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 1/3 C Water
1-10 oz pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 tsp Prepared Mustard
1 1/3 C Minute Rice
