longer, stirring once. May be served warm or chilled. |

Olive Oil |
- Place oil in 15 x 10 jellyroll pan
- Add potatoes
- Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper
- Toss to coat potatoes and then pat into single
layer
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until potatoes are fork tender.
- Put into large bowl
- Add bacon, green onions and dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Either serve hot or cover and chill until ready to
serve.
