February 22/2009 -- For the past few years, www.soltys.com appeared dormant to the world. Actually, there was always quite a bit going on behind the "Under Construction" face page. Today, phase one of the new site is being released with a lot more in the planning and development. This is a part of a new focus on all Soltys related sites including
